What is Salonario?
Salonario is an online appointment booking platform for nail and beauty salons. Your salon gets its own website on its own domain, with your brand and your client base, online bookings with no commission per appointment, a calendar and an owner dashboard, all without phone calls and messages.
How much does Salonario cost?
Salonario has three plans: Start at €29.99 per month, Studio at €59.99 per month and Premium by arrangement. With annual billing you get two months free.
Does Salonario take a commission on bookings?
No. Salonario charges a fixed monthly subscription and takes no commission on bookings, neither for regular nor for new clients. The full revenue from every appointment stays with you. Unlike marketplace platforms that charge a percentage per booking, our price is known upfront and independent of the number of appointments.
How is Salonario different from marketplace booking apps?
Salonario is not a marketplace. Your studio has its own website on its own domain, with your brand and your private client database, not a profile next to the competition. We take no commission on bookings and you are not locked into the platform: clients and their data belong to you. You are the owner, not just one listing among many.
How does online booking work for a salon?
Clients choose the service, time slot and staff member directly on your studio's website, 24 hours a day. Every request arrives for your approval, so you keep full control over the schedule. After confirmation the client receives an automatic email with a calendar invitation.
Do I need my own website?
No. Salonario builds your own website on your domain as part of the platform. You edit the content (gallery, reviews, FAQ and contact details) yourself through a simple CMS, with no developers and no monthly maintenance costs.
Do clients have to install an app?
No. Clients book directly through your studio's website, from a phone, tablet or computer, without installing anything. Booking takes a few steps and works 24 hours a day.
Can I run multiple studios or locations?
Yes. In the Premium plan you run multiple studios or locations from a single account, with a separate schedule and staff per location and a unified overview of all of them.
Does Salonario send reminders to clients?
Yes. Automatic email confirmations, cancellations and reminders before the appointment are included in every plan, with a calendar invitation (.ics) attached.
